Formed in 2005, the Spencer Craig Partnership has become a well established practice, with the companys' personnel offering over 75 years of Commercial Property Management, Surveying and Estate Agency experience and has acquired a number of noteworthy clients conducting a number of acquisitions and disposals of substantial commercial properties.

Our experience coupled with a proven high level of service provided has seen us appointed to act as commercial property consultants to the London Borough of Redbridge in 2006 and the London Borough of Enfield in 2008 with both portfolios consisting of over 400 Retail / Industrial and Office premises.

In both cases, the company provides not only commercial property management advice but is also responsible for conducting lease renewals, rent reviews and the marketing of vacant property. We have also been instructed to provide additonal valuation and management advice for additional properties owned by both local authorities.

Alongside our public sector clients, our private management portfolio also includes a number of management instructions for varying office / retail / leisure properties within the heart of Londons' W1 postcode . Our central london management portfolio also extends to a number of residential and commercial properties located in Marylebone, St John's Wood and Chalk Farm.

Outside of central London, our managment portfolio also includes retail premises in Waltham Cross, Loughton and Croydon plus mixed user industrial estates located in Walthamstow, and Edmonton.

In addition to our management activities, we have also provided rent review / lease renewal advice for clients properties based in both Central and Outer London with properties varying from retail premises in London W1 to Nursery premises in Buckhurst Hill, Essex.

Our building surveying services include Party Wall and Project Management services with recent refurbishment projects completed in Ilford, Essex and Brixton, London SW2.

The company is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and also is accredited with ISO 9001 & ISO 14001 certification.
