Established in 2005, the Spencer Craig Partnership has obtained a number of noteworthy commercial property management instructions and is has gained a reputation for providing a diligent, professional and efficient service to it’s clients. Based on the border of Essex and East London in Buckhurst Hill, we are excellently located to provide coverage to the Greater London and South Eastern regions. The company’s directors, consultants and staff offer over 75 years of commercial property management, estate agency and facilities / project management knowledge and experience. This experience along with the high level of service provided has seen SCP appointed to act as managing agents for a number of high profile clients. In early 2006, SCP was appointed to act as managing agents for the London Borough of Redbridge providing a tailored service (including negotiation of rent reviews / lease renewals, service charge administration etc) to the Council’s Retail and Industrial property portfolio which extends to over 120 properties. This contract was extended in late 2006 to include a further 20 council owned retail and office properties located in the heart of Ilford Town centre. In addition to this, our management portfolio also includes a number of notable instructions including Stanhope House, a prestigious landmark office building located opposite the Dorchester Hotel in Park Lane, W1 and The White House, 26 Mortimer Street W1. Further properties are also located within the W1 area, St. John’s Wood and Chalk Farm NW1. Outside of central London, our portfolio also includes retail premises in Hertfordshire, Essex and Surrey plus industrial estates in Walthamstow and Edmonton. Our latest high profile instruction (obtained in September 2008) is from the London Borough of Enfield who appointed SCP to act as it’s managing agent for it’s retail property portfolio which consists of over 250 properties. In this case, SCP provide a general / service charge management service and are also responsible for acting upon the council’s behalf in all rent reviews, lease renewals and marketing all vacant property. 2008 Also saw the company admitted to the RICS and obtain ISO 9001 quality assurance accreditation.
