Project Management / Refurbishment Works Co-ordination

 

 

In addition to our extensive management services, we also provide a project management / works co-ordination service in relation to minor and major refurbishment / cyclical maintenance works.

 

Our recent instructions include the refurbishment of multi tenanted office premises in Ilford, Essex, internal redecoration of vandalised conference premises in Chalk Farm,NW1 and overseeing the partial rebuilding and refurbishment of fire damaged offices again located in Ilford, Essex.  We have also recently completed an external redecoration of 3 residential blocks in London SW2.

 

In addition to this we have also been responsible for various cyclical redecoration works to various commercial buildings within our management portfolio.

 

This service includes drafting and preparation of specification documents, appointment of CDM (Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2007) co-ordinators, conducting tendering processes, preparation of contract documentation, client / contractor liaison, scheduling and overseeing works in progress to completion.
